In this feature, I would like to focus on Jeanette’s vital role in Toastmasters International as the VP Education of OneWinpak Club. I have seen her commitment to the team and I have admired her dedication and hard work, despite being involved in other events.

In her role as VP Education, Jeanette takes on the responsibility of preparing the weekly meeting agenda and monitoring the progress of members' educational goals in Pathways. Through her guidance and support, members are able to enhance their communication and leadership skills, ultimately gaining the confidence to speak in public and define their leadership styles.

Since joining Toastmasters, Jeanette has experienced significant changes in her communication skills, becoming more confident and proficient in public speaking. While her leadership style has always been well-established, completing projects in Pathways has allowed her to further define her leadership style and approach.

Currently working on her first project for Level 4 in Strategic Relationships, Jeanette hopes to complete all levels by the end of the year, showcasing her commitment to personal growth and development. One of the highlights of her time in the club was hosting the 2024 Winter TLI, demonstrating her ability to successfully lead and execute major events.

The benefits of joining Toastmasters, according to Jeanette, are immense. By being connected to like-minded individuals striving for personal growth and improvement, members are able to fulfill their social, esteem, and self-actualization needs. Looking ahead, Jeanette plans to challenge herself by participating in speech contests, further pushing herself beyond her comfort zone.

Jeanette believes that motivation to join Toastmasters comes from individuals who are purpose-driven and have a personal goal for self-improvement. By understanding Maslow's hierarchy of needs, she recognizes that individuals who are looking to fulfill their social, esteem, and self-actualization needs are the ones who will benefit the most from joining the club.

Jeanette's mantra is to always strive for personal development and success by following the teachings from "The Greatest Salesman in the World" and "Seven Habits of Highly Effective People." She believes in the power of forming good habits to enhance productivity, motivation, and overall success in life. With this mindset, Jeanette is always ready to tackle challenges and share her knowledge and experiences to help others on their journey to personal growth.

In conclusion, Jeanette Perez stands as a beacon of empowerment in Toastmasters Club, inspiring others to reach their full potential and become confident speakers and leaders. Through her dedication, leadership, and passion for personal growth, Jeanette continues to make a lasting impact on those around her.
